At 16, Amy moved from her native Regina, SK to Winnipeg, MB to pursue her dream of becoming a professional ballerina with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet Company. She danced professionally and toured internationally before quitting at the age of 20. Although that particular chapter of her life is closed, she still dabbles in dance.
Since joining LearnSphere in 2007, Christie’s focus on project management has expanded to include domestic, international, and communications projects. Fluent in English, French and Spanish, Christie’s skill set includes results-based management, writing and editing, gender analysis and communications. Katie joined LearnSphere in early 2018 as a project manager. Prior to joining LearnSphere, Katie was the Engineering Outreach Coordinator at the University of New Brunswick. Part of this role involved running the Worlds UNBound program, which provides Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) programming that reaches over 7,500 youth around the province each year.Read more
